EXCELSIOR® classique 1 XLR 1 XLR cable

The EXCELSIOR® classique 1 XLR 1 consists of two combined, opposing wire pairs (crossover) with 4 x 0.20 mm² each. That way we achieved an extremely low capacitance of only 37 pF per meter which enables a super low-loss transmission (even with excess lengths). A tight stranding technique and fine, oxygen-free copper wires ensure a homogeneous, linear and pure sound image. Moreover, the cable has a tight multiple shielding with a 100 % degree of optical coverage. Each channel was equipped with a tin-plated helical CU screen and an AL/PT foil. In addition the cable has an overall screen of tin-plated CU cross-braiding. Thus the cable is perfectly protected against external interference.
